I'm a dancer, circus artist, and PhD, so I combined my background in performance with training in contortion and research on best practices to create a library of exercises that increase your range of motion safely, efficiently, and effectively.

I created these videos during the COVID pandemic, when life was really tough. Moving through the flexibility exercises didn't just make me more flexible—it gave me a new mindset and helped me get back on stage again.

Hundreds of students have used these sessions to unlock their range, rediscover confidence, and fall in love with movement again.

I always wanted to be a professional dancer but I didn't think I was talented enough, so I ended up in academia with a PhD in Communication. When I found aerial arts, I thought maybe there was a chance to get back on stage—but I had no idea how to make it a career.

I was taking low-paying gigs, desperate to fill that creative void. When everything fell apart, I had no choice but to rebuild my life and put my artistry at the center.

I went from my first musical in 12 years to national tour callbacks, a commercial agency, and contracts that pay my bills, allow me to train the way I couldn't as a kid, and actually make an impact as an artist.
