🔥 Why It Works
I’m a dancer, circus artist, and a PhD, so I combined my background as a dancer with training in contortion, and research on best practices to put together a library of exercises that increase your range of motion safely, efficiently and effectively! I created these videos during the COVID pandemic, when life was really tough. But moving through the flexibility exercises not only made me more flexible, it gave me a new mindset and helped me get back on stage again!
