Challenge
I made this challenge for former dancers making their comeback, adult beginners in dance, pole + aerial, and anyone who's been putting off flexibility training and is finally ready to just start.
This is not sit-and-hold stretching. I spent years studying contortion, dance, and exercise science to figure out the safest, most efficient way to actually create change in your body — and this is it, distilled into 20 minutes a day.
Over 300 people have trained with me. They asked for shorter videos, more guidance, and more energy. This is exactly that.
My best progress has always come from short, intensive training — not long drawn-out programs. These videos are shorter, higher-energy, and closer to how I actually train on my own schedule. This challenge is ALL NEW MATERIAL.
